Shrungagiri Products (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this Shopify e-commerce store selling premium grass-fed desi ghee, ethnic clothing like Jamdani sarees, unstitched suits, and silk sarees. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our site and services.

Account Terms
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information to create an account. Keep login details secure; notify us at shrungagiriproducts@gmail.com of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts for violations without notice.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are in INR, exclude taxes (GST added at checkout), and subject to change. Payments via Shopify gateways like Razorpay; full payment due at order. We reserve rights to correct pricing errors.

Product Descriptions
Product details (ghee purity, saree fabrics, sizes) aim for accuracy but are for reference. Variations in color, texture, or weight may occur due to natural materials; we disclaim guarantees beyond descriptions.

Order Acceptance
We confirm orders via email, but acceptance occurs upon shipment. We may cancel for stock issues, errors, or fraud without liability. Title transfers on delivery.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India via partners like Delhivery (timelines: 3-7 days metro, 7-14 days remote). You cover return shipping unless defective. Delays from carriers or addresses exempt us from liability.

Returns and Refunds
Returns within 7 days for unused items in original packaging (clothing tags intact, ghee seals unbroken). Email shrungagiriproducts@gmail.com with order details Monday to Saturday. Refunds processed in 7-10 days post-inspection; shipping costs non-refundable except defects.

Prohibited Uses
Do not misuse the site: no false orders, unauthorized access, copying content, or illegal activities. Violators face account bans and legal action.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability caps at order value. No responsibility for indirect losses, data issues, or third-party services. Products sold “as is”; check for perishables like ghee.

Governing Law
These Terms follow Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in Hassan, Karnataka courts. Disputes resolved amicably first; binding arbitration if needed. Effective January 8, 2026.
