Shipping policy

Shrungagiri Products ships premium grass-fed Desi Ghee and an exclusive collection of Sarees across India. We use reliable courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely.

1. Shipping Methods & Partners

We use Shiprocket to select the best courier partner for your specific pin code (partners include Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and others).

• Standard Shipping: Available for all serviceable pin codes.

• Metro Areas: Typically faster delivery (via partners like Bluedart/Delhivery where available).

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

• Metro Cities: 3-7 business days.

• Rest of India / Remote Areas: 7-14 business days.

• Note: Orders placed Monday to Saturday before 2 PM are processed the same day. Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded.

3. Shipping Costs

• Orders under ₹999: Flat rate of ₹99.

• Orders over ₹999: FREE Shipping.

• (Exception: Heavy items like Ghee jars over 1kg may attract a weight-based surcharge calculated at checkout).

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for an additional fee of ₹50.

4. Order Processing Time

Standard orders are processed and packed within 24-48 hours.

• Sarees with Customization: Orders requiring Fall/Pico or polishing may take an additional 2-3 business days to dispatch.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link via SMS and Email. You can use this link to track your package in real-time.

6. Delivery Issues & Damages

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Important: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the box looks tampered with or damaged, do not accept it.

• Report any damages within 24 hours to shrungagiriproducts@gmail.com with photos and an unboxing video.

7. International Shipping

Currently unavailable; we ship to domestic India addresses only.
