Refund policy

Shrungagiri Products offers a transparent Return and Refund Policy for our exclusive Saree collection.

Note: Ghee is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to its perishable nature and food safety regulations.

1. Mandatory Requirement: The "Unboxing Video"

To ensure fairness, we require an uncut unboxing video of the package for any claims regarding missing items, damaged products, or wrong items received.

Without this video, we cannot entertain damage or missing product claims.

2. Return Eligibility (Sarees Only)

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Accepted Reasons: Manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or wrong item delivered.

Not Accepted: Slight color variations (due to screen resolution) or preference-based returns (e.g., "I don't like the color now").

3. Return Timeframe

You must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Process

1. Email shrungagiriproducts@gmail.com with your Order Number, the Unboxing Video, and photos of the defect.

2. We will review your request within 24-48 hours.

3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (or ask you to ship it back).

4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the product.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Item: We will arrange a free reverse pickup. You do not pay anything.

Customer Preference (Style/Color issues): If we exceptionally approve a return for personal preference, a Reverse Shipment Fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover courier charges. Policy updated on February 2026
